WHAT IS THE IRISH TREASURE SUBSCRIPTION BOX?
Each month, Irish Treasure Box will deliver a box stuffed with presents and handmade items to your door. We carefully choose the items in each box to include a variety of Irish-inspired presents you will like and offer our clients an affordable option to bring a little bit of Ireland home.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO BE IN THE IRISH TREASURE BOX?
Every box is curated with care to give you an Irish experience every month. The gifts are diverse so you can explore a selection of accessories, crafts, home essentials and edible treats which can be used, gifted, shared or eaten. We will include up to 5 to 8 items in each box, depending on their combined value.
CAN I SEND THE IRISH TREASURE BOX AS A GIFT?
Certainly! Just pick their gift plan from our ‘Give A Gift’ page and we’ll create a lovely personalised card with your message and their name which will be included in the Box. We can also provide you with a gift certificate that can be conveniently printed or emailed to the fortunate recipient.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship worldwide a flat rate of $15 and all our boxes come with full tracking! We already have many of our customers receiving little pieces of Irish happiness across the world, including the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many more countries. Shipments are dispatched at the beginning of each month and delivery times may vary based on your location. International shipping typically takes about 2 weeks on average.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time on your Account page. Please submit your feedback if you have any reasons for cancelling, although this is not mandatory it helps us improve our service!

CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you would like to return and get a refund for Irish Treasure Box you have received you can return it to us at your own cost and risk within 30 days. All items should be in same condition, unused and in original packaging in order to get a refund.

 

Upon receiving and inspecting returned box and goods, we’ll send you an email confirming its receipt. You will be notified by email about the approval of your refund. All approved refunds will be automatically credited to the original payment method within 14 days.

To be sure! Simply complete our contact form and we will get back to you right away. Please be aware that orders will take around 10-14 business days to be delivered beyond Europe.

WHEN DOES THE BOX SHIP?

Irish Treasure Box is operating on month in advance payment system, so as long as you subscribe and make a payment before the end of the current month, your first Irish Treasure Box will be shipped within the first week of the following month.

*For example if you subscribe on the 14th of March, your Box will be shipped in the 1st week of April.

You’ll receive the Tracking number by email.

Sometimes it might be a bit longer wait for your 1st box as international shipping can take roughly 2 weeks, but the following boxes should then arrive around the same time each month, 1 month apart.

OUR MONTHLY BILLING SYSTEM EXPLAINED

All our subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, with payments processed on the same date every month, starting from the day you subscribed.

*For example if you subscribe on the 20th of the month, your next payment will also be on the 20th of next month.

If you would like a return Irish Treasure Box you have received and get a refund you can return it to us at your own cost and risk.
