Our 30-day return policy at Irish Treasure gives you 30 days from the time you get your item to submit a return request.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—in order to be eligible for a return.
Contact us at irishtreasurebox@gmail.com to begin a return. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping to Ireland of your package. We will replace any damaged goods and problems with the next shipments. All inquiries regarding returns can be directed to us at irishtreasurebox@gmail.com
Damages and Issues
In order for us to assess the situation and make things right, we ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is amiss, damaged, or defective.
Customers who subscribe to a monthly box will receive replacement items in their subsequent delivery.
Non-returnable items and exceptions
Items that are perishable (like food, flowers, or plants), custom (like customized orders or personalized items), and personal care products are among the categories of things that cannot be returned (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have inquiries or reservations about a specific item because this is decided on an item/box basis.
Gift certificates cannot, regrettably, be returned.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and examined your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted by sending you a notification. You will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method if accepted. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need up to 15 working days to complete and send the refund as well.
